This policy explains what information Rabitcube collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It applies only to this website — not to any third-party site you might reach through a link from here.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the type of project you're asking about, and your message.
If you use the chat assistant, we process whatever you type into it for as long as it takes to answer — see "The chat assistant" below for where that goes.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — see "Analytics and cookies" below. We do not run advertising scripts and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — reviewing what you've told us, replying by email or phone, and, if you choose to proceed, scoping and delivering your project.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit, roughly where visitors come from, and which devices they use. This tells us what to improve — it is not used to identify you personally, and we never sell or share it with advertisers.
To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (names beginning "_ga") and processes technical details of your visit such as your IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, and the pages you view. Google processes this as our analytics provider under its own privacy policy.
Analytics starts switched off. If you're visiting from the UK, EU or EEA, nothing is measured and no analytics cookie is set until you choose "Accept" on the consent bar — if you decline, or simply ignore it, Google receives only an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier attached to you. Outside those regions analytics is enabled on arrival, and you can still opt out using any of the methods below.
You can opt out at any time: use your browser's cookie controls to block or clear cookies for this site, enable its "Do Not Track" or tracking-prevention setting, or install Google's official opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Clearing this site's stored data also clears your consent choice, so the bar will ask again. Blocking analytics does not affect how the site works.
Two other small things are stored on your device and never reach our servers: your light/dark theme preference, and your answer to the consent bar (so it doesn't ask on every page).
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical data (such as your browser and network information) to verify you're a real visitor, in accordance with Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Email delivery
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to our inbox (support@rabitcube.com) using Zoho Mail. Zoho processes the message content as part of standard email delivery, subject to Zoho's own privacy policy.
Where enquiries are stored
Alongside emailing us, each enquiry is recorded as a row in a private Google Sheet held in our Google Drive, so we can keep track of who has been responded to. The row holds what you submitted — name, company, email, phone, project type and message — plus the date and a reference number we generate for it.
The file is not public and is not shared outside Rabitcube. Google stores it as our provider under its own privacy policy. It is covered by the same deletion request as everything else — see "Your rights" below.
The chat assistant
This site has a chat assistant. If you use it, the message you type is sent to Groq, which runs the language model that writes the reply. To keep the conversation coherent, the last few messages of that exchange are sent along with each new one. Groq processes this under its own privacy policy. Please don't put sensitive information — passwords, financial details, anything confidential — into the chat.
The conversation isn't stored on our servers and isn't saved in your browser: closing or refreshing the page clears it. It also isn't linked to you as a person unless you type something identifying into it yourself.
If you switch on spoken replies, the text of the assistant's answer is sent to Sarvam AI, which converts it to audio and returns it for playback. This happens only while spoken replies are enabled, and only the reply text is sent — never your own messages.
If you use the microphone button to dictate a question, the transcription is done by your browser's built-in speech recognition, not by us. In most browsers — Chrome and Edge included — that means the audio is sent to the browser vendor's servers to be transcribed, under their privacy policy rather than ours. Typing instead of dictating avoids this entirely.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, their servers process the technical details of each request — including your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — to serve the site and guard against abuse. This is standard server logging, subject to Vercel's own privacy policy, and we don't use it to build any profile of you.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it entirely. To do any of this, email us at the address below and we'll act on it promptly.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
